can i resolve with this ?

The spectrum analyzer AT5011 0.15-1050 MHz(-3 dB) at 1500 Euro
feature : view over all in range of frequency signal 0.15 to 1050 and can zoom to see the specify range ( Osilloscope can do only 100 Mhz ) This model have fequency generator buildin and for Tracing. Digital display for Center frequency and Marker. Lowest cost in market.
This can help you to analyze the problem but isn't device to fix the phone.
