It's a 30w machine. I thought I was getting a 30w/ 50w. Is 30w sufficient or should I send it back?

How long do you leave things in there for? 5minutes 30minutes, 2/3 hours?

If phone is too much dirty then use chemical elma comes with it and use Isopropy after that. But Isopropy is better than all.
