Unknown original Ericsson clip - GSM-Forum

Newbie question

What is this equipment?
It is used for SE phones and it seems to be some kind of an original Ericsson clip.
I know it can be used to unbrand phones like the v800, but what is it?

It is a little bit smaller than a cigarette packet, it is yellow, it has one connector for the phone, two connectors for the computer(DB9 female) and a small button.
The computer connectors are marked "EDB" and "ACB"
There is a model number or something similar " Ericsson NTZ 112 304"

If you know what this is please enlighten me.

I used the search function but i din't find anything, probably because the model number is different on my box/dongle.
My box has the model number "NTZ 112 304" and not 112 334.
Maybe there is a printing error on my box.
