For phone I advice for hot air station example Quick..but if you need complete solution so reballing on PC notebook and phone board you must to buy very expensive station.
Wait advice from others forum members .

If you want a best rework station you have to take that with optical alignment and you have to spend on 3000 usd as a minimum but if you want to work well you have to spend

for only reballing bga ic's hot air station is sufficient (depend on chip size). But for lead free solder work it's better ir station with preheater .
About purchase check sales section or google it.
