Bad Key File

Whenever I open an exe file I get "Bad Key File". I have followed every steps as per the instruction and I do not see any pannel to press UPDATE KEY.

When I uesed the SN Reader for the first time the ID was f9ca81be2fcd and this was informed to the RedBox Team and the KEY was given and it was placed on the RB Folder. But when I used the SN Reader now the Box ID is 000000000000.

Please advice what the problem could be please.
