big bad problems with my red box 2... :( - GSM-Forum

hi there i just bought a red box 2 but i am having big problems when trying to make it work,i have some question please answer them...:

1) where can i get a good user manual of red box 2?
2) when i try to read the serial number of my box i run Sn_reader-new but when i click on Read Key i get:Reseting key...OK.
Reading key...Error!

3)i have to connect my box with lpt and usb port togheter? when i do so my computer never asked me about installing drivers...IS THAT NORMAL???? i cant figure it out!

4) when perhaps my box will work i will need to unlock a nec e606.which kind of cable should i use???i suppose the right cable came with the box,right?do i still need test point to unlock e606?

please answer me as soon as possible,thanks in advance!
