To my friend Julvir,

I bought my redbox from Multicom, it took me months to get activated, right now I cannot visit the site or update my key. I've sent my key reg.by mail to you and still no reply from your end. Can I've my Loging and password Please.

You are talking about logging to support area?. i think the best person to talk to would be your reseller, but lets see may be Julvir will just help.
