Dead Benq M300 - GSM-Forum

I unlocked this phone O2 X1B 902X1 BXN as BENQ M300, unlock was OK, but now the phone is dead. where to find the flash to revive it ?

did you youse last version for soft ? ( V3.5)
before flashing your phone try repair Eeprom and after do unlock , if not work thats' mean M300 defferent as Ox X1B
test and post result

i used the last version and it do it correctly, but the phone is still dead.

Remove Sim card from phone, and when Unlocking Done, Power ON your Phone without Sim Card, Power off and than use any Sim Card. If your Phone still locked after Unlocking Procedure use Repair Eeprom Button.
Power On phone...OK
Loading Boot...OK
Runing Boot...OK.
Flash ID : 00898855 Intel 28F640C3T Size : 8Mo
Repairing Eeprom plz wait..OK.

Ok. Anyway NEVER use the repair flash at support. I killed one using it.

If you need I think I have here a flash a read from a working phone.

i think u are mixing 2 issues here; the guy has a 02x1b which is not benq, but maxon if i am correct. and if u see previous post on o2x1b in redbox section, u will see many dead phone because redbox simply does not support this model. despite the fact that the phone is a copy cat of m300 and use the same procedure to unlock (tp), both are different.
heard Vxxxis can fix it. never try, still waiting for update of 02x1b in redbox!

yes right u can only reset it with redbox and unlock with supported sw
