Unhappy DEAD E256 after flash error :(


HI

I try to flash e256 with firmware buth now phone is dead.

after error info :

Power On phone...OK
Loading Boot...OK.
Reading Hardware info..OK.
Flash ID : 01007E0A
Flash Type : AMD - 4 Mb
Reading Phone info..OK.
Phone Type : ÿÿÿÿÿ
Phone Version : ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ

Erasing Flash..OK.
Writing Flash..Error!

flashing stop always on seme address : 00004000

Is there any way to revive this phone ???

Problem is strange .
LP read and write -OK
eprom read an write -OK
firmware read ok but write stop .
looks like flash ic damaged
I rehot flash /CPu .. no success..
this flash ic is new (unknown) for me i can't find anoder for test
i change cpu but problem is same ..
still stops on address 00004000

I see...

...more of Us have similar problem...if I think bether it's a f***n a SAME problem, and no solution for that. For now DON'T try to write anything VLE5 Alcatel phones becose is 90% posibiliti taht phone become dead and You CAN'T repair hem!

maybe write firmware option must be removed from software.

I Have another E256 with same problem, stops write flash at address 00004000...
