hello, can anyone help me to fix my redbox
 

my redbox is now saying key not found or box not connected. according to the devloppers, it can be the diode (zener) near the pic. as i am no electronic guy, i hardly understand on how to fix it. my reseller is not responding to my mail and therefore i have no choice but try to fix it myself.

if anyone of u have been able to fix their redbox through whatever ways, pls share your experience with me. has any user of redbox ever change a zener diode? if so, pls let me know.

also, users are welcome to give other proposal on how to fix my redbox.

I have been waiting for months for the 02x1b update. Coincidentally, my redbox stopped working the same day.:(

box not found means: ASK YOUR RESELLER FOR EXCHANGE / REPAIR.

Try recconect your box / USB power
Restart computer
Try on another PC / operation system

Try restoring your Windows to an early state ...

If not help ... contact your reseler or JULVIR ... ;)

i have already tested on several computers with different settings. by the way, does anybody know who can fix this box in Guanzhou, China. A friend will be going there soon and i am thinking about sending this box. This is my second box which is dead; no way i will buy a third to face same problem. So, can anybody tell me the name of a reseller which can fix this box. My reseller Lante is not responding at all to many mails which i have send them.

a hardware repair shop for redbox!!!!

Hello Redbox users, as as owner of redbox, i guess u can can giving a helping hand if possible.
I reiterate what i say before: who knows a supplier who can fix damaged box in gaunzhou, China. this is the only place i can get my redbox fixed in a shorter period of time.

This is my second dead box and therefore, i will not buy a third; better to get this one fixed.

As far as my reseller is concerned, they never respond when u have a problem and the guarantee period of 6 months from Lante has lapsed.

ask support to the seller of the first dead box?

I did open the first redbox and try to modify it as in support pictures. it did not wok; so i am using it in shop as a unibox interface to unlock samsung.

As for the second, i never try to mingle with it and its still have the guarantee seal in the box; but guarantee period is over.

@ moderator,
pls give me an address where i can fix my box; this is the third time i am reiterate that Lante Ltd is not responding to my problem.
