How many days it takes to get the Key?


Hi,
Please how many days it takes to get the key for the new Redbox2?
Reseller sent a Key request to redbox support a week before but still waiting to get it.
Please how many more weeks should I expect to wait for the key?

Done that each day for the last 7 days.
BTW the reseller don't keep the key, its sent by support.
Reseller sent the detail last wednesday but no reply from support.

New redbox buyers please don't handover your money untill you get hold of the key!
The box wouldn't work without it!

Its more than 2 weeks when the key request was sent but no key or even a reply is sent by redbox support.
reminders are sent by my reseller and myself to julvir but are ignored.
Don't know what Redbox team is upto by treating his customers that way?
Mr Julvir would you please respond!

Thanks Julvir atleast bothering for the reply!
I know that the resller can only give the key and you can see my earlier post that the request was sent to you by my reseller( uniksource) 2 weeks ago. I checked with them this afternoon as well but was told no reply from you.
Please why you are not sending the key to the reseller?
