got GX 30 usb cable, but can't install driver. try all means, but win xp does not recognise it as a driver. any solution. downlaod version from redbox, gsmkey, all same driver , cannot work. any idea, or need other cable than gx30. can i use nec 3g cable? look similar.

is the phone for code or say permantly blocket if it say permently blocket you can't unlock it without flashing

for flashing you can use nec 3g cabel than for unlock use the gx30 usb cabel

GazI, got GSm key, got redbox, and crack furious, try 3 cables for sharp x30 , also to nec 3g, but for some reason, winxp canot install the drivers. this is the reason, i am trying to unlock it via redbox. in redbox, it does not go in the diag mode, so i was asking if somebody know hoe to make it work. as for the lock, its sim lock and the phome is not permanently blocked.

go to device manager and choose your phone from the ports tabs.

go to the advanced settings and change the port number of the gx25 to something under 9. press applly ok etc.

now remove cable from phone and re insert.

restart your computer with the phone connnected.

once pc is online again..

unlock as normal..

let us know how you get on.

thanks for help; but i think there is a problem with the mobile itself; the guy has try to unlock it several place and haven't been successful. though my computer detect a hardware change, there is no communication between the gx25 and the gx drivers supplied.

at last, it was successfull. the problem was with the driver. once it was sorted, it becomes a child play with gsmkey. thanks again
