Hi all,
Hi all. I recently purchased REDBOXII. When i tried to run soft i had "Bad key file" message error.
I opend the key file with hex editor. The file was empty.
How can i get my file key

Check the key file Properties ! It should not be Read only ! Select it as Archive ! and If u got CD of software reload it on pc or Just copy and paste Key File ! I hope u have not rebooted ur system with Red Box Plugged in !

But the key file on CD is empty
I am sure this file is damaged and i want to know how can i get vali key file

From the reseller ! If he can send u on E-mail or ICQ MSN YAHOO ! This file is Very small ! If u get one file Copy and paste it in each folder of red box Software !

I contacted both resseller and Julivir by e-mail and will see if redbox's support is good

Problem resolved 03 hours after contacting [email protected]Now i have good key file
all ok
Good support
Now i ll see what i can do with this pretty box
