LG C3300 won't unlock? - GSM-Forum

Hello Gurus

I am trying to unlock an LG C3300.

As soon as I connect the phone to the Redbox2 (c1100 RJ45 cable) the phone powers on automatically.
I try to unlock but get error.
I turn it off and try to unlock but error again.
Phone powers on itself again after 5 seconds.
I contact reseller - no response - waste of time.
I contact Julvir - no response - waste of time.
No unlock, no support, no login details - is this normal from Redbox?

It sounds a bit tricky but I'm going to give it a go ( if I can get the downloads to work it keeps saying there's been too many downloads )

Take last Update : SwS_LG_comander3_6.exe

, and select L342 and say me resulte please

I want to know whats the problem why the 2g lg wont boot with redbox is it the cable because i'm using the 7050 cable
