Lg_Comander Xp donīt work the com port

Hello guys and Mr Julvir.
After I read all the post I didnīt find some solution to my problem. When I start my Lg_Comander module after I choose the model selection and I push the unlock button, obtain the "unable open com port (win error 2)" and nothing else.
I checked my comp port and this is ok,trying use the userport and the problem;this problem with the same system donīt exist in the w98 system.

What is the possible solution to this?
And the second question; with a lg L341i in w98 , the soft donīt recognize the phone after many tries with the unlock and power button.

Thanks for all.
I waiting your answers.
