afetr unlock in sag box the mx 5 cannot make phone call; the phone is unlock and it display the operator network, but may be some setting in the phone is preventing it from making call. pls advice., i already check the "anonymous preset option".

if its receiving calls then there is a feature called Anonymous mode just disable it and your fone will be work Ook. if its not recieving calls as well then there is hardware problem u said u check , tell me when u check what was its mode ???

anonymous mode was verified. it is ok. i try all option and even put it in preset mode.
when i make a cll, there is a small red phone icon on the top of the phone; may be the setting is not correct, is there a way to reset all settings at factory defaut like a master reset in sagem or sag box.
