myX5-2 error Regeagle help

Hi
i have a sws sag box . i update it and my key not found error is gone
but when i try to unlock myX5-2 phone with test point ,the software shows that error
when i try to direct unlock it its stop only 40% and
Searching Phone..Found.
Reading Phone Info : BAD CONNECTION CHECK YOUR TEST POINT!!!
- Phone Frimware : 5092341605510 KB3,MJ: 051004 1509
- Phone Imei: 353056008093143
- Hash Table : 22
- Phone Code : 00000000


and then i go the flash option and try to connect it the error is this
PS : Read Tutorial before using Flash tab.
Searching Phone..Found.

i really search on test point and i am sure my test points are ok. but
