nec 341i new version ??

for the 5nd time, i received a 341i with new face colors
my redbox is updated

trying to unlock with 341i in list, i get this
Init Phone plz wait........OK.
Sending Bootstrap..OK.
Reading SP Area Plz wait..........Error

and phone hangs
trying to unlock with 341i new in list :

Unlocking Phone Plz wait....Error!
New Model Detected plz contact your Dealer!!
Exiting bootsrap Mode plz wait..

phone power off

update with methode 1, soft stops at 100% and nothing happens
update with methode 2 :

hope we will get update for this model

I have the same problem.
I'm using the latest ver. of RedBox Support page.
Have tryed with oldest soft but.... phone not unlocked or powers off...
