Need Help From Redbox support team, LG u8180
 

I still need help on LG u8180 from Redbox support team..I have not received reply..the phone is now dead after trying to full flash..the software fully erased the flash but did not write the flash.. i used testpoint to do this after attempting to flash unlock phone and did not work. Now the phone will not finish reading and let me flash or do anything even with proper testpoint. it always says reading phone error...Redbox support team, please help and let me know how to repair this phone...Thank you.

Use standard cable for LG8110 without USB or any driver.
about unlocking methode :
- 8110 /8120/8130/8138 : check your phone if can enter to simlock Menu by pressing : 2945#*88110# if yes juts press connect and Unlock then you enter unlock code ..if no connect your phone and then unlock and go to flash panel and change frimware of your phone .. you can flash just drive_c.ssw from exact model that you have and you will be able to enter to Simlock menu this procedure will take you about 4 Min with USb Cable and maximum bauderate.. otherwise you flash full 4 flash then you can enter to simlock menu and able to enter unlock code.
-8330/8180 :
press connect and go to flash panel add file for desired phone with *.SWS extention (this file are patched for can you enter any code in your phone)
you can download this file from 'Special Unlock Flash', i have upload two flash that i have ..if you have any new flash with other language for 8130/8138 plz send to my mail for can patch and add it.
after complet flashing just make card inside phone and tape : 2945#*88110# and enter any digit.
- 8150 :
cable are different from 8110 ,you use pinout from site and power on your phone than press Unlock.

- for repair dead phone :
- 8110/8120/8130/8138 : Connect your phone and go to Personal Flasher panel , choose correct flash and click Write ..file must have *.Bif extension.
after full flash reset your phone enter: 277634#*# or 47328545454#.

- 8330/8180 : for repair this model dead you need use Test point and select 8330/8180 with TP in soft than connect your phone. after full flash it with apropriate flash using Personal Flasher panel, after reset your phone and all is ok. Testpoint must be connected to GND when software will ask for this, i have upload it to site.

thanks...I did like everything you said here..the problem was that the software fully erased the flash and after it erased, somehow it got error and stopped writing. After that it will not flash again. It reads boot loader, flash ID, flash type,imei and run 80% then stops and got messege.. reading phone info..error. So I cannot write flash again..

Please tell me if there is any other way to repair this phone..Thank you

repeat steps and using testpoint methode , all will be ok

Again, I've been trying to re-flash it with testpoint so many many times and got the same result....show flash id, imei # then the bottom blue bar run 80% and says" Reading phone info...Error: Phone not respond...Is there a different method to repair this problem?
Note: I can still flash the phone using SE Tool but with the 4 flash file,but phone still cannot power on since the Redbox erased the full flash. So I believe I need to reflash with full flash but SE Tool does not support full flash feature and Redbox can no longer flash with the method you told me and I flashed successfully before..
If you know other way, please suggest what I need to do to repair this phone.. I desparately need to repair this phone asap, thanks

Trying to unlock 8180
Flashed all 4 files succesfully. After that tried to enter any 8 digit code not working
Trying to connect again but having problems as follows

Power on Phone..OK
Loading Flash Loader..Error!
Goes to 30% and then get message"Phone not respond"
