I receive more than 10 PM and more than 50 person on ICQ yahoo MSN witch RedBox user have this problem :
when you see error (key file not authorised) that's mean you already receive your key file search under c:\program files\redbox...
but if you delete all RedBox files under c:\program files\redbox...
server can't give you key file every time
please friends try to be serious and think twice before doing any thing
when you receive your key file just copy redbox.sws ( key file) and preserve this key in other secure folder and when you need it just copy and put it in desired folder

RedBox is her for making your Work easy and Fast

all what you have to do is:
when receive this message : key file not authorised, just use ur windows serach for redbox.sws (your key file), or just check first runned software and you'll get your file ...

PLEASE DON'T UINSTALL YOUR SETUP BEFORE SAVING YOUR KEY
