please red box team help me - GSM-Forum

i have red box 2 plus and it work fine with old software but when i try to open any new update the programme cant be opened and say "ky file not found"
like j100i update and SwS_TOTAL_PANASONIC_NEW_COMMANDER_V1.0.exe programme

i have my key redbox.sws and work fine with old softwares
but why this key cant work with any new red box programmes
if i have any problem please tell me

i am waiting.........

Did u put redbox.sws key in the same folder?> example
SWS_TOTAL_SE_J100i_COMMANDER_V1_0.exe and redbox.sws must be in the same folder.

sure i put it in the same folder
i think there is new redbox.sws file that i should get it from red box team that can run the new updates
can any one of red box team help me please?????

no freind ther is no redbox.sws new or old , but verify my be your box are from lante , cose box from lante update are stoped

my box not from lante its from Egypt from trusted reseller
i asked The Gorr and saaid he will help me
and i am waiting.....

the only problem that you purchase red box 2 plus coz all red box boxxes are bad also who is coming in the future redbox 3 plus with bifidus my only advice to you is to forget and buy onother tools it will solve your problem exp j100i this commander dont unlock fone he said unlock done but fone still locked so don't loose your time following the gorr or auther also julvir will never help you coz all of them know their bad support coz you are not the first one who has this problem
