Problem with O2X1 after flash? - GSM-Forum

After I flash the phone with files from support page(1+2) security code is changed(also in phone now is some pictures and phone numbers wich is flash file from support page off RedBox) and I can't erase pictures and phone numbers, can't do full factory. So RedBox Team, can You pl's tell me what is security code now in the phone, becose I can't read hem with my RedBox, or set it back to factory state?

..RedBox team are You ignore me or what? I wrote e-mail to You but also no answer for 3 days. Maybe You don't have answer to my question? Maybe I need to by another dongle to do job prpertly?

nice any one replyed....for redbox user.....i want to know only one think if you want to update new model in redbox 2 we also have to send you flash file for that.....i need bb5 unlocking and sony ericsson flashing all new model and lg new model support ....if we need update then we also need to send you flash file???big team SWS ....they want support from custamer.....why ? why ???

i can't understand...
