Red Box Says Box Not Connected Help - GSM-Forum

i have redbox 11 when i connect box to pc and i try to open sorft it gives this massage box not connected i changed lpt cable. box still not conneted i changed pc still the same problem, plz how will i solve this problem sws team.

your box ip fineshd.contect to your resaler.

please explain it well i cant get u, so u mean something or ic is damaged in my red box or what do u mean friends.
