HI,
I already have posted my requests, but still no answer.
I can't unlock NEC n331i, n341i, and LG5400.
This is a list of problems which I met in a few days, maybe the list will become longer in the future.
thx

I am not fan Red Box, and i don't like that it have some problems, but @archil in you're case is not the red box... thephone are the prblem... all model you metion i have unlock with redbox... so clean you're cable, and phone's conector and try again... For LG wold be grate to use original Factory made cable(it come with phone in box when u buy it)...
Nec install drivers first, conect phone-virtual port com will apear, just after conect phone, chose corect port com (here red box mistake-com is not same as detected by computer-error in programing) and after do unlock-phone must be on... For nec 331 use nec223-22i cable on COM1

Regards

Thank you for reply, but I know all the instructions you are telling to me.
As for the cables I use those cables which comes with the redbox.
And what about other redbox owners saying that v 3.1 has great problems (BUGS, ERRORS and etc.) they also have the cable or phone problems? I think no; I think it's software problem

P.S. And what about PHILIPS? there is same problem on PHILIPS FIZIO 82XX
I THINK IT IS NOT COINCIDENCE, that all the phones are bad and all the cables are bad.

IN MY OPINION REDBOX TEAM AND JULVIR ALREADY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS

That is the point, that good software and hardware does not need a lot of "trying" and "trying"
