Blimey.
I have had my Redbox since it was first released. Lost the key once. Emailed Julvir at about 2am U.K. At 2.15, I was using it again. As for LG's, I really don't know what you are doing wrong. Try to paste the log from your attempt.
Have you posted here in a more constructive manner asking for help?
Furious, red, multi, sws, hwk, smartmoto, etc all have much the same level of aftercare. If you start your post with julvir, Hack3r2k, etc you are a ********* (fill the blanks yourselves) you are going to be up against a brick wall from the start.
