In respect of the RedBox Unlimited Server Unlocking affiliated to JIC Electronics --- The JIC has this to say. I am unable attach the Screen Shots due to the fact that attachments are inactivated in this thred. But re-produce the message as it is for the information pl.

Please check the following things if you
have problems,

1.Ensure your firewall is turned OFF..

2. If you use a router then allow access to port 6969
in your control panel..

3. Uninstall Activ sync if you have this on your pc..

4. If you still cannot connect or unlock your phone then
do a hardware reset on the handset and try again..
