could some tell me how to upadate key in box have downloaded new panasonic and tried to up date key so i can use but comes up connection closed gracyly all the time does this mine i can use software ???when i look in supported software for box it does not come up only philips lg nec samsung maxon new nec???any help would be great i am new with redbox2

as I understand you good you cannot update your key to use NEC E101/Pana 342 and Ohilips 568 update, correct ?

did you try to disable firewall or NAV in your system ?
