repair ID-Box ? where are JULVIR


what have you MR Julvir ,, why you drive out your customers like that,,no respect for your customers,,,i have send you E-Mails since lot-of day and have wrote this :

Hi ,, my ID-BOX is changed and now the soft show me always "key file not found" so please sws support help me to resolv this problem
OLD SN:050B0A03D98B
NEW SN:050BF703D98B

NB: i have try to repair it with SN-Reader on line but always
Connecting to server... OK!!!
Asking server for access...ID Box not exist!!!

but with all this whitout any answer ,, to repair just my ID-BOX of your RED-BOX
how want to be sold your products if you throw us like that

so please repair us our ID_Box and think always for the future
