I have a Sharp TM150 to unlock. I gather I should unlock it as TM100. Which cable should I use and where do I get the drivers for it ( if I must use a USB cable ?.) Also any troubleshooting tips ?

he you can select it as tm100 and unlock it with sharp GX30 datacabel with power supply testet my me

just run sw connect phone using powered gx30 seriel cable choose phone type and unlock, no drivers required

just put to test mode....free soft can also do the trick no need red box
