post exactly what message you get when you run soft.. run update tool and try read SN if you read it correctly send your SN and we solve your problem

very simple.

I it tapeworm kept along with many others dongles,
by long time (to paderf knows because). the question is that I update for x1-2 sagem then I dust dongles and tries to update it and all worked execto very well this dongle that leaves KEY_NO_FOUND to me.

can you read dongle sn with update client yes or no?

clic in READ SN: = KEY NO FOUND!!!

no read... yes.. no read!!!

- check LPT port (in BIOS set to ECP)
- check LPT cable (best to change to new one for testing)
- check USB power supply from computer (best way to be sure that SWS it's powered it's connect USB from active USB HUB - then you are sure that it gots stable 5V)
- connect SWS and run leatest version of key update

If still Key bot find only way it's contact with your resseler for change or repair

but the problem is not that. proven I and with but of 5 dongles sws-sag and all estan ok. less this. the problem is dongle.

and I believe that the unica solution is to send to sws-sag team.

Hi he means that Doongle is not working he need know if is posible solve with some update or special software or have to resend to his reseller . he proves other doogles in same PC and others WorKs good just this one have this problem

my key make since some days "key not found " and when i try upddate it's make :
KEY SN : 0123xxxx
Reset Key...OK.
Connecting to server... OK!!!
Asking server for access...OK.
Asking server for Update...OK.
Updating Key Plz wait...Error!! Try Again !
