don't try to fix, u won't. i had the same problem and then i sent it for a redbox 2+ with 50 euro for an exchange. thats your safest bet. if u open ur box, reseller may not want to change it for u.

i the same problem my resselere and kuwait, and I am in algeria. I will not make the trip because of the blackout.I used the box 1 week cedu everything. help me please please

my redbox2 works in wind98 changes xp and it does not open sw, it tries in several PC and it does not work.
