I ask same thing! To say "redbox is the best LG unlocking box" (as julvir done) we need to have a REALLY working "unlock by cable", or Redbox is vain... i could unlock better with the FREE "Unlocker Babes" !!!!

and moreover there aren't updates since many days... and day by day is more and more vain........... be quick or be out!

@hitibiti? why are u so sure? why paderf or julvir cant post to us? what 4 we must wait? 4 another free sokiution which julvir add do their soft? to many why! redbox is bed box!

...and moreover, try tu unlock 8110 and 8120 with FREE unlocker "babes"....... it's FREE and works better than redbox...

We pay for having support, but support is slooooooowwwww and sloooowwwww....... and we can't do nothing more than free solutions...... this is not very exciting....

Same of LgU81xx have different frimware that not reconize GDFS command , reading or writing .. can be 8120 or 8130 or 8138 ..
this phone until now as i know no software in market unlock it. The only solution for this phone it's to full flash it
than unlock it using redbox .. Flashe file are available in net and i will upload it in redbox site.
As known this phone have Ericsson hardware inside, and i never work in ericsson before but i do my best to resolve problem.
for people that think that we have bad support, i think that you need take look at redbox site and in redbox section in forum
we support our boxe more than year until now for FREE, if you don't like it just sel it .. you will found very quickly
someone that will buy it.

I strongly agree with Paderf about this thing, really its been a year since the Red box continued support without any upgrade money demands and still its doing and is going best with all different tools in one box.

@ paderf i understand that u suuport box over year but u must understand me. i by it or september ant till now i how several phones which are dead or which are loked between redbox may probably support it. it not only U81xx. i have dead sewon 1000 after flashing i cant unlock nec 400i and many other phones. just read forum. suppord not mean only updates that are half working its means by the first helping your customers to solve problems!
