|  Where is Julvir and Mr. gorr? I am Thankful for Redbox team for luanching awesome product, as like said redbox is best box. I purchased RedboxII Few months back I was provided with Origenal looking CD software and cables. till now my keyfile is working fine. Today i got one alcatel vle5 to unlock i download SwS_TOTAL_Alcatel_VLE5_COMMANDER_2_1B_corrected. and when tryed to run it it was giving me "Key file not authorized! please contac support" error. Then i search in forum and got the solution from here http:///vbb/showthread.php?t=291925 Even after this i am being fail to find file neame "redbox.sws" I am not able to contact my retailer Please guide me how do i resolve my problem, till my knowledge is concerned my box need to be update or my key file is damaged. i have been writing mails to julvir but may be due to julvir would be busy in launching new box he is not replying. Hoping for positive reply from redbox team will provide boxid after i get reply Thanks and Regards |

| Hell I AM DISAPPOINTED LIKE ALL LANTE BOX USERS WITH JULVIR. I AM SORRY BUT I HAVE BEEN CHEATED. I WAS MUCH MORE ATTRACK WITH REDBOX AND ITS AWESOME SUPPORT, EVEN TODAY IT IS BEST BOX...BUT AFTER HEARING THAT WE ARE CHEATED CANT DARE TO PAY MORE TO ACTIVATE BOX...IT IS NOT A MATTER OF MONEY BUT IT IS A MATTER MAKING RELATIONS ...AND I THINK RELATIONS WORTH OVER MONEY. I AM VERY SMALL PERSON BUT I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST MR. JULVIR TO FORCAST OVER THE USERS STOPED USING REDBOX AFTER THIS...MAY BE THIS IS LOSS OF BUSINESS WELL ANOTHER BROKEN HEART HERE  Quote:

| bad key file Mr the gor please help me ihave 2 redbox and originals thefisrt give me box not connected i know that the pic is damaged bht today the seconde box give me bad key file i cant do any thing now please answer me i'm in a great problem |

| my redbox now blocked cus from lante . but i buy from i-phone.org not lante . i-phone.org don't care about the box -reason ( the warranty only 6 months.....) . that mean i cheated by i-phone.org..... |
