I have this problem with one 330, one 530 and one 350 !!!!

the soft need to be updated to support not only new models but new versions of models already supported.

well some times its better to spend some time to earn money !! flash your phone with the given flash files and try unlock and you are done will take just few minutes

Yes I agreed that Flashing is risky but in GSM business some risk should be taken

I told you , that 355 phone support from REDBOX is a fake update.No one so far has smile from that boy called 355.I think they should make things clear than...

Flash it , but be ready to take the owner on your back.
