we see in all forums a big war against redbox...
why?

thats because its customer felt that there is no support.

1. most user suffer from the "happy box not connected" syndrome
2. Sharp GX is free and be unlock easier with free soft than redbox.
3. LG3G support has stopped. don't expect more a la furoius.
4. Vitel and MAxon series are not popular phone, so can't make much money wiz it.
5. redbox user like me keep envie the success of furious.
6. No 3g NEC coming to redbox.
7. No samsung support; the inclusion of the 3g Qualcom series would have been a good idea.
8. Box get easily dammaged if left plug in the pc all the time.
9. Julvir never respond to queries and if he rarely reply, answers are very abrupt.

theze are some of the reasons which the redbox users themselves hate redbox. unless the issues are addressed, redbox is way behind the competition.

I thing you happy with furious but for me happy with redbox, easy understand beacuse:
I bough two(2) old forious dongles for use but just for two weeks spunlock crack software, my dongles are died, now no one need my old forious dongles, if I give them to someone for free ... because no usefull, but forious software crack usefull. Untill now I never look forious forum....Sorry you know 2 forious dongles I spent how much for bough them ???

zese box who do everrything are not good to please everybody. look at samrtclip, griffin, martech they are box which one can rely one. for the likes of furious, redbox nd some others, they do evrything, but they never do evrything right.

You are only talking about a few customers.
I for one would NEVER depend on one box for all my needs, I have Redbox as well as furious2 and many others ie. when sagmaster let me down Furious sag came to rescue, when setools let me down Redbox succeeded and visa versa.
As has previously said ALL boxes have their advantages and their drawbacks, there is no such thing as a multitool that does everything and no product on earth that has not caused someone to complain about it.

1. no so much in % of box sales !
2. GX soft was a gift , dont ask support , also , try to see when this soft was give , so i think is normal if actualy is free !
3. Not stopped , but as FLasher is free , we have prefere work on real soft to add and on new LG 2G phone ... Philips ...
4. Not Popular for you , and if you buy redbox for Nokia ( most popular phone ) of course is wrong choice
5. Redbox have 2 years same dongle and same protection !
6. NEC 3G is free , why all ask for this ? i still not understand ?
7. Same , all is FREEEEE
8. You have rules for use box , our protection is special as you can see , no crack , no clone , if you prefere buy a box and 1 month after get crack , so buy box using HASP
9. I answer when question is new , but 90% of ask are allready answered ! so juste look on forum before multi-ask

And What Ur Doing Towards Broken Boxes.....box Not Connected And Many Problems Like That......when Ask Ur Ressellers They Say Ur Not Responding...in China Or Somewhere Near Morroco.why U Dont Support Customers.why?????????

100% True, damaged boxes has been exchanged or repaired free by REAL RESELLERS. I personally repaired 8 boxes and exchanged 2, from my customers.

one positive note about redbox.

i confirm yesterday lante change a damaged redbox of mine for a good one. so julvir is right when he said that damaged boxes are exchange.
