I have writte reseller!
I have writte support!

I have get nothing from them.
...many friends here try to help me , and i'm thankfull for this.

With this problem from Sws-Sag maybe it's not good to work anymore , if you have product , you must have also support.

PERSONALLY , i have bad experience from Sws-Sag box.

I'm both customer from Sws-team , RedBox , Sws-Sag box.

I want thank's mr: The Gorr for help , and for support , also i'm not get solution.

yes i'm also agree with all what you sayed, no answer from Julvir why !!

i'm sure that the only person who must have respect here is Mr The_Gorr, the only one who is always ready for help.

the updates will be what Furious, Vygis have already supported some 6 months before. this is the tactic of julvir. support maximum brand and attract newbie coming into the gsm business to buy his box. think about it ! Lg module was a copy cat of furious, LG qualcom was buggy and never work as it should be; O2xib had menu prob when u unlock ! ; Phillips firmware is always not supported ! oh yes, they support samsung !! and newbie find that since this box support so many models, well lets buy it. the nec module is outdated; the calculator has a bug; u need to put a space at the end of the 14 digit imei to make it work, emblaze, dbtel, J100i, lobster, newgen are copied solution from other box. alcatel... well ask those with dead phone. this is the true face of redbox. should i continue with sagbox?
Sagmjtag and scdr are so good and with so many update every 15 days that now the developers has understand that they will never be able to complete with them. so what do they do ? well they give update every 2.1/2 months making everybody beliveve that the box is doing fine and meanwhile they are selling leftover stock of sagbox. am sorry but this is how i see things from sws team. no offense to anyone. i am not boycotting sws producs; i have both. but sws users need to see this. anyway, this is business and we will assume our responsibility.

always with philips unsuported version, need to flash etc ... And I remember when people voted that sws-sag is the best tool for sagems ... xe xe

Hi i recently bought the sws segam.but at the start it couldn't registered.it says serial is not valid.now i m changing my mind to return back that software to my reseller....

hey do you thing the reseller want to change our tools with other or give back our money. i've bought one from year wang so if he dont mind i will resend my sws and change with another tool. what happen with this bussines, the product supporster just gone with the wind. no update since june 2006, do you mr. year wang want to receive my trade in with other tool, or i better buy the new one and throw this sws to the junk yard..........
