Freind's how you are solved problem "Key Not Found"

Hallo and how are you ?

I have problem since one month with my SwsSag box about "Key Not Found" , i have ask here many times but i got nothing.

With new thread again i ask/pray you here can anyone from you know how to solve this problem

i think ur box has a hardware damage now. Try to update the key; if still not good, unfortunately u will have to exchange box with reseller or buy new one if guarantee has lapsed.

I dont know is that hardware poblem or not , but just i want tell you that i keep in very good place and when i work with unlock box , i work very careful.

Today when i'm going to update my Box here is log:

I dont know where is problem , and if i tell you the truly i'm very unhappy with this happening

My problem is still same

Is support here?
Is support read post my problem?
..what i need to doing?
How ti fix this , if that problem fix?

for 2 month using box , 7 phone unlocked , now not working , UNBELIEVABLE!

Try this...

If ur using XP...

Try running the software...if result is key not found...

Go to Device manager...at ports and lpt...

Choose ur printer port and tick on the box that says...enable legacy plug and play...

Then try running software again...

Works for me...

Bios settings is LPT set to ECP...

you need to go on bios and do (ECP+EPP) for LPT setting
and open last EXE and do update, if still same problem that's mean 100% hardware problem in this case you need contact your ressler for solving this problme

do you copy the file ntport.dll in the diretory C:\windows\system
do these and let me know.

Finding file ntport.dll on C:/ windows/system32
...also i have on redbox folder this file [ntport.dll] because i have both product from SWS-Team product.
and i have copy from here and paste to system

freind for being sure all what you need is take your box on your hand and ask any freind unlocker (near you) to test your box on his PC , for knowing real situation
other if you have dubt about nt problem try to use win98 he can resolve this problem
if you still need help , just ask ?

hitibiti , i have try also on Laptop (another PC ) , but same case
"Key Not found"

Just need to try on win 98...

I dont know if is hardware problem why need to try , did you have this experience , it's working?

CONNECT THE WHOLE BOX DIRECT TO THE BACK OF YOUR PC (LPT PORT) & CONNECT THE USB TO PC+BOX.
Launch it Now.


PS: I've forgotten about the Box until a good update comes up.

I' have send PM and e-mail to mr:Julvir , but i have get no answer from he.
I' ask some friend's and they try to help many time , but i'm not get solution for this problem.
