"key Not Found" Circuit Atmega Burn - GSM-Forum

after sale a sws to a customer, he try to connect to soft without succeed always get "key not found". it was not problem of ntport.dll but when i open the box , i discover that the circuit ATMEGA 16L BAI 0441J was burn.
the blue led on the box still light when connect usb cable.
please CAN this ATMEGA be sold? how to change because i can find it here any more.

even if you got empty atmega it will not solve your problems - if you are resseler of this box you must contact with your supplier to help you out but if you opene Box you also lost warranty - anyway you can try

thank to you Multicom,i have UB V3.0 buy fromyou 6 years ago without pb.
my sws-sag box, i buy it some 8 months ago from a reseller in china. i have already open it. my reseller just tellme that he is going to in some shop in chinafor thjat Atmega after china holidays. but can the box still work ifi change that ATMEGA? if not what to do?

How i can repair my box?
This is Atmega or Pic?

It's not possible to repair your Box - Atmega or PIC need to be replaced - only resseler will help you ;(

sir i have already loose guaranty since, but i contact my reseller in china and he said he is going to look for but since one months no reply.
can you help me for replace atmega?
