bought my box 2 weeks ago being telling me "key file not found" tried updating with the update tool ( here is log) help what to do

KEY SN :

Reset Key...OK.
Connecting to server... SERVER is OFFLINE!!!
Reset Key...OK.
Connecting to server... SERVER is OFFLINE!!!

server work fine , verify your internet conection

because server and sws box always work fine....
