got error when flashing phone

always got this error when software try to finalize the phone:

CSLOADER: connecting to server
CSLOADER: connection OK
CSLOADER: sending login
CSLOADER: login OK
4 153
CSLOADER: sign error #221

== FAILED ==
Duration: 06:57

any idea about it?

i'm experiencing the same issue too. it started with being stuck at CS sign 2 generating. then, the wotan tech support team told me to redo the process. so, i did. now, i have the same error message you have CSLOADER: sign error #221. wotan tech support has not responded yet...

i tried it over and over again but nothing worked. so, i went with davinci and all went well.

sign error #221

i'm trying to flash my w300i using dcu60 cable and keep getting this error just like the rest of you. this is getting REALLY frustrating. anyone have a solution?

not impressed.

ok, so about 12 hours after i encountered the sign error #221 problem, the wotanserver homepage comes up with a notification saying their server is down. i am not impressed. in those 12 hours i had already given up and tried DaVinci (which worked beautifully on the first try) in order to get my phone working again, because i can't be without my only phone for days on end waiting on a server problem. so now i have a credit that i no longer need and can't use anway. i want my money back. who do i talk to?

Hi everybody,
am finding difficult connecting my k800 to wotan server.each time i tried it gives me phone communication data not found. do i need to load a driver for each model or what. i ve not used a single credit out my credits. i also use dcu 60 cable.

u mus use usb drivers from wotanserver page and connect phone to cable while pressing C key on phone.
