Wrong firmware version [error in the WotanServer program itself] - GSM-Forum

I opened a ticket on the support site of wotan, but it seems quite dead...
There is an error in the last version of WotanServer:

Phone: W850i
Selecting version "Generic Italy[EUROPE_5]" the program downloaded and flashed this one: W850_CXC1250489_EUROPE_2_R1ED001_RED49.wtf

So now i'm stuck with the wrong firmware version and no credit left

I made this post hoping to get a rapid solution.

and not even a reply...
also on the "support" site no one reply or look at ticket, how could you call it SUPPORT????
