JAF Philips Software works on any platform but you must be carefull with the P-KEY drivers instalation. Under Win9x may have some problems since Microsoft doesn't support since long time ago the driver productions under that OS.

Also for Intel P4 Cpu's take care to install all the latest drivers for chipsets, because they have problems with the Hyper Threading technology. This affects mainly the wrapper protections when mixed with memory invasive scanners, like active antiviruses or some certain firewals with adware-spyware removers.

Still, you must not ecounter any problem with the JAF Philips software if used properly on ANY system. It was tested comprehesive on every operating systems and hardware configurations.

OH series(OT155,OT156,OT355) from Alcatel use the same cable as the old 530/535 Philips phones.

The only trick you have to remember is that not all the phones connect just with a swift push of the power key.

For some of them you have to keep the power on key for a few seconds (1-2 sec) when you see the progress bar moving, take your finger off the button.
