Hi again!
First of all, thanks for your flash files.
But I still have problem with this phone. This phone can be connected with software via test point solution only.
When I use recovery mode function, software says "unsupported version".I can't do anything with this one even reading flash.
I upload some screenshots for more clearly.
Could you please advise me how to flash this phone?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,

i investigated the Recovery method, indeed there was bug preventing the flashing, i already corrected this and will be up in the next update. Until then if you want to use the Recovery Mode with this phone, select Philips 650 because it is the same model, but different name.

But tell me, the phone is dead ? You cannot connect it anymore in normal boot mode ? Otherwise i advise flashing in normal mode, with Normal speed and charged battery.

Hi,

then the best is to flash it not by Recovery Mode. Try to connect it by normal flashing mode. If you get the same answer means is a new flash type wich needs updated, so please try to conect in normal flash mode and send me feedback. I recognize from the id in the picture you attached the family of flashes but not the subtype. So it might be an unsupported flash type or the flash chip can be phisically damaged and this could explain also the behaviour of the phone.

So please try to connect in normal flash mode and send me picture also.

Thank you

After I flashed this one with one of flash files which you uploaded(in normal mode),when programming prepaire to finish(about 99%),SW says error and requires me to retry 3 times, then 6 times and so on.And at least,my phone now can't be powered on and connect but can be connected with SW in recovery_mode.So how can I restore my backed up firmware or security zone?
I already sent backup file via "send_flash" button. Please check it and help me out.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,

all philips phones are clonable, so no warries about restores.

If it gave you error on writting the flash chip might be damaged or at least have some slow address lines due to damage also.

Only if the error is among the first 5% the phone should not be able to connect anymore in normal flash mode, or if you uploaded into phone a diferent type of flash file, like from a different phone. So try to conect it again in normal flash mode and check battery because is very important.

If not works, procedure is like that. Upload good working flash via Recovery Mode with testpoints. After flashing is complete, phone should also be able to power one, but because the pairing zone is unupdated should power off very quick.

After this you conect it in Test mode with Connect button and use Restore Locks to repair the pairing zone.

This is all and good luck
