The box firmware was not updated...

Maybe some error messages should be added to the logger?

Now it happens again! No reaction when i click the button. No errors, nothing.

I have a problem. I gave a customer the unlock code for a NEC 343i the customer is saying the phone is still locked, I told them "Type in **00013*17139162# & try **00012*52907703# again. If it doesn't work try **00032*55971303#."

They are saying "the first one worked but the rest didnt work and its still asking to insert the correct sim".

What would you advise here ?
