Hi I used the panasonic logger a couple of times now and all was ok, come to use it today and I get the error below

Detected JAF with customer id: ********
BOX OK!
#Server Ready...
Error in comunication!!!
#Server Ready...

#Server Ready...
Error in comunication!!!

As you can see I retried it a few times but still same error.

When I use JAF main software ALL ok ?
