JAF Vodafone Free Activation Scam!

Hi there

I bought JAF with the apparent already activated PKEY for Vodafone handsets. I installed the Vodafone software 2 weeks ago, only to find that my PKEY wasn't already activated. I am highly dissatisfied with the lack of support lately that I have received for this useless piece of Vodafone software, as I have personally messaged Raskal who seems to have his heart content on arguing with other JAF users in this forum, other than sorting through his mail asking for my activation to be sorted out. I have contacted FoneFunShop (Mick & Mark) who have tried constantly to help me with this issue, and at times have said "Quick give me your pkey ID, Raskal's online", but to no avail of getting hold of him.

Mr JAF/RASKAL, what ever you wish to call yourself. It's fair for you to have a holiday, but maybe you should think about sorting out the lack of support you are currently unable to do, instead of arguing about rubbish on these forums because this is one majorly p|$$ed off customer! How could you let me keep a customer's phone for over 2 weeks and get the flack of it just because you haven't got off your @$$ to sort it out!
