n81 8gb after erase complete contact retailer - GSM-Forum

hi guys i have a big problem with a n81 8gb i.e:i erased it with 3 erase files then i flashed it with the latest firmware ..after flashing the phones imei became 12345....?..after that i wrote pm 308 backup..but the phone startup failed contact retailer..after that i wrote complete pm file with sx4 auth..but same..even i wrote the RPL backup but its same ..contact service and imei is still 12345...
plz some1 help
