903SH CAN'T make outgoing calls - GSM-Forum

i flashed a 903sh with patched file then unlock. phone is unlocked and finds network and has strong signal but can't make outgoing calls. i tried to do master reset but when i enter 0000 as user code phone says incorrect user code. i also format phone but still can't make calls after format. is there anything i can do to solve this problem?

was it working before? it could be barred?

Code is 9999 and yes could be barred.

i did master reset but it did not my solve problem. phone is not barred.
phone works on 1900 mhz nerwork but don't work on 900mhz network.

i usually have same problem with samsung z series and sony ericsson k600 locked to vodafone. flashing with unbranded flash always solve these problems. how do i solve this?

You have flashes in support. try and see. for ex 1.50

You have to set your phone to work in GSM only .
