Due to the limitation of the COM ports to the maximum of 115200 Baud you cannot gain the full speed when you do a download with a ISDN Modem using two B-Channels (128000 Baud). To no longer be limited I did develop the HiSerial.sys driver.  HiSerial.sys Driver V1.5 The driver is designed for Windows XP and Windows 2000. Maximum COM port speed is 921600 Baud depending on the computers chipset. Not supported chipsets work with 115200 Baud. Downloads with up to 15,6 kB/sec are possible. With activated modem compression even higher values are possible because the COM port no longer is the bottleneck.
