i think the support area is getting updated or changed but i tryed today and downloaded all the soft again after my pc died and had no problem.

At least something like this will prevent customers from shouting, barking, flooding your mailbox and getting FURIOUS.

Thanks for the info. but the last mail I received from support was from 16-12-2004. subject: FuriouS DonglE - Your Login and Pass. It was working until yesterday.

yes new support area is online since yeasterday but every users receive login and pass by email, please read the last email i sent you.
Anyway i will send another email to all users now again.
I think now the support area is easy to use and more easy to understand.
